Drew Hiatt
Chairman and CEO
Drew Hiatt directs Integris Communications’ team, operations, and strategy while overseeing a diverse roster of clients and the agency’s growing business. He has worked in three national and global integrated public relations, marketing, and public affairs agencies. Drew has more than 30 years’ industry experience and expertise, serving in senior leadership roles such as principal, top strategist, chief lobbyist, and public relations director as well as EVP for PR, public affairs, and corporate communications.
He has provided counsel to U.S. and global leaders and senior executives in businesses with powerful brands across more than 20 industries, governments, and non-profit organizations spanning four continents. These have included Fortune 500 and Global 500 corporations such as Boeing, CK Hutchinson Holdings, Dell, Kongsberg, T-Mobile, and the Toronto Stock Exchange. He develops and drives high-impact strategies in PR, communications, digital engagement, brand strategy, advertising, marketing, and public affairs. He consistently creates visibility, influence, growth, success, and value for clients.
Having served at every level of government, Drew has held leadership, policy, and communications positions in the administration of President George H.W. Bush and the Congress. He has worked for Senator James T. Broyhill, Representative George M. O’Brien, and Representative Guy Vander Jagt, and was staff director of the House Committee on Small Business (the youngest staff director in Congress). In these positions, he worked with the White House, Executive Departments and Agencies, corporations, and media. As a top congressional aide, Drew oversaw a large portfolio of key policy issues and crafted legislation enacted into law. He also worked in the Washington Office of Governor Robert D. Orr. Elected to the Loudoun County, Virginia Board of Supervisors, Drew represented the Dulles District, a global Internet, technology, and data center hub.
He has appeared or been quoted on U.S. and international television (CNN, Fox News, Happy TV, and Oprah), national radio, and in leading national newspapers and magazines (The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Reader’s Digest). Drew is also a top political advisor, strategist, and 40-year veteran of presidential, congressional, state, and local campaigns.
Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in German and Political Science from McDaniel College. Following graduation, he attended Albert-Ludwigs-Universität (University of Freiburg) in Germany.
Professor Oghene Oyiborhoro

Oghene Oyiborhoro is a global communications expert with leadership credentials across technology, politics, business management, and corporate communications. He instructs business professionals in core management communications practices at New York University Stern School of Business. He previously taught risk management and corporate communications at Columbia University and American University. As a leader in global communications, he has equipped business professionals for modern challenges across both global public and private enterprises.
He is an expert editor and PR executive with a proven capacity to collaborate with C-suite leadership and secure millions in earned media coverage for Fortune 100 and Global 500 corporations such as AWS Public Sector, Dell, and T-Mobile. Oghene joined in partly managing the strategic policy response for NYC’s $92B budget, affecting millions of constituents throughout New York City.
Oghene has been an investigative journalist in Pulitzer Prize-winning newsrooms where he interviewed world leaders and covered critical public affairs issues. He is also an alumnus of the leading journalism school in the world—Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
A sought-after communications executive and chief strategist, Oghene has served as a consultant to political leaders, such as the U.S. Senator from New Jersey, multinational corporations and corporate executives as a fellow at global communications firm FleishmanHillard, and technology expert at public relations firm Brotman, Winter, Fried. He regularly serves as media relations liaison for global clients at the Consumer Electronics Show, the largest technology trade show in North America. There, Oghene frames client stories, trains staff in media approach, leverages messaging to meet client bottom lines, and places national and international stories, all while managing staff.
He has also advised government agencies and various leaders at the federal government level, along with non-profit organizations on communications strategy and execution. Professor Oyiborhoro is also an alumnus of the top public relations and corporate communications program in the nation at Georgetown University.
Anthony Kamara

Anthony Kamara has diverse and progressive senior experience working in international development with multinational organizations, national governments, the public sector, private enterprise, and non-governmental organizations across three continents: Africa, Europe, and North America. He has served as Program Management and Communications Specialist and in other senior roles at the United Nations and its agencies and as a senior consultant to the European Union Technical Assistance Facility. For more than 12 years, Anthony has collaborated with and supported countries in Sub-Saharan Africa in meeting their aspirations for clean energy transition. He advises and supports high-level executives in international organizations.
He has worked with a broad range of stakeholders operating in a multinational environment. Anthony has designed, implemented, and led programs, international communications strategies, and global campaigns and stakeholder engagement programs, including contact with government ministers, CEOs, and non-governmental organization executives. He has built and maintained partnerships to support governments, political parties, organizations, and public figures.
Anthony’s experience has put him at the forefront of delivering robust media relations strategies that garner the attention of major media outlets to raise awareness on a global level. He has strategic relationships with leading international, national, and regional media outlets. This has enabled him to pitch news and success stories, obtain interviews, and secure media placements for clients in major print and multimedia outlets worth millions of dollars in earned media coverage.
Strategic positioning, crafting compelling messages, connecting diverse audiences, delivering impactful communication, an ability to see the bigger picture, and a capacity to ‘connect the dots’ have always guided Anthony’s success as a senior strategic communications executive. He also has experience directing crisis communications and reputation management as well as providing communications counsel to senior executive leadership.
Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Iowa School of Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in French from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
David Vuich
Senior Advisor
David Vuich has spent his career advising clients and top-level government officials in both Congress and the Executive Branch spanning presidential administrations from Jimmy Carter through George W. Bush. He has over thirty years’ experience in the defense, aerospace, security, energy, and transportation-related industries, and held key executive positions with several leading U.S. and international firms, to include being a member of the Apollo Spacecraft Launch Team.
These positions included providing extensive congressional/legislative liaison services and domestic and international trade development expertise by coordinating and facilitating the program objectives of various government agencies, foreign governments, multinational corporations, and non-governmental organizations.
As a professional staff member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction, David acted as the principal advisor to the Committee Chairman, providing recommendations on funding military equipment and services for the Department of Defense. In the private sector, he has been a lobbyist and consultant on aerospace, environment, energy, transportation, and security issues that included research support to key congressional committees related to airline/aviation safety and critical infrastructure protection.
David is the co-founder and chief development officer of American Military Housing Services, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to our active-duty military, guard, reserves, retired, and disabled veterans. Recently, he was appointed Co-Chairman of the HUD/Veterans Administration Task Force. David serves as a member of several boards in Washington, DC, including the National Press Club, We Will Survive Cancer, Summer Opera Theatre, Opera Cameratta of DC, US-Serbia Business Council, and as Honorary Chairman of the Tesla Science Foundation.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cerritos College and California State University and completed his graduate studies at the University of Southern California, receiving a Masters in Business and Industrial Sciences.
Ginger Vuich
Senior Advisor
Ginger Vuich is an accomplished executive with more than five decades of combined top-level experience and expertise in management consulting, lobbying, congressional and international public affairs, and the U.S. Congress and Executive Branch.
As vice president at Performance and Results International, LLC, a management consulting firm, she directed the transportation practice and represented clients on maritime and surface transportation issues at the federal, state, and local level. From 1990 to 2000, Ginger was director of Congressional, Public Affairs and Trade Development for the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation. In this role, she developed the Corporation’s policy agenda, directed federal relations, served as liaison to the Secretary of Transportation on Seaway matters, and implemented international trade and traffic programs.
Before joining the Corporation, Ginger served 25 years in key positions such as chief of staff and professional staff assistant, respectively, to U.S. Senator Harry F. Byrd, Jr., U.S. Representative John M. Ashbrook, U.S. Representative John R. Kasich, U.S. Representative Helen Delich Bentley, and U.S. Representative Stanford E. Parris. She was also the primary advisor to lawmakers, briefing them and recommending positions on legislative, policy, and political issues. As liaison between committee staff and a Member, Ginger prepared testimony, questions, and legislative memoranda for committee hearings. She also crafted legislation and speeches.
For more than 30 years, Ginger, together with her husband David, has been a prominent leader, advocate, and organizer engaged in Serbian-American affairs. She has helped promote and strengthen U.S.-Serbian relations to include, among other efforts, organizing meetings for elected Serbian leaders, members of the Serbian royal family, and other dignitaries with congressional leaders and lawmakers, top White House advisors, and Executive Branch officials. Ginger also serves on the boards and in key positions of numerous organizations such as We Will Survive Cancer where she is treasurer.

Barton W. Marcois
Senior Advisor
Bart Marcois is an international expert in foreign affairs, energy, and national security, with experience in Europe and NATO, the Middle East and Arabian Gulf, and East Asia. He has served his country as both a career Foreign Service Officer and as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy for Policy and International Affairs. Bart led a federal contracting team to streamline the permitting process at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, helping FERC come into compliance with E.O. 13807 (“One Federal Decision”).
As an American diplomat, Bart served in Jordan, Tunisia, Yemen, and Kuwait. He managed U.S. diplomacy programs; conducted political analysis in the Middle East and Washington DC; and assisted the development of civil society, the rule of law, and democratic institutions in the context of Islamic societies. He is fluent in Arabic and Dutch and conversant in French and Spanish. Bart has authored over 200 articles and is a frequent guest on television and radio broadcasts. He has a background in energy trading, investment banking, and commercial intelligence, and has served as a confidential advisor to several government entities.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University (BYU), and studied at the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies at BYU. Bart was an adjunct professor of international relations at Utah Valley Community College (now Utah Valley University).
Elise Hollinger
Website Optimization Specialist
Elise assists clients in designing new website architecture and analyzing existing websites to optimize performance, user engagement, and user experience.
Prior to joining the agency, she worked for TELUS International. In this capacity, Elise assessed the websites of top brands and leading companies and organizations. Her strategic enhancements delivered significant impact and value across several metrics. They improved online presence, enhanced visitor experience and user friendliness, and increased page loading speed. Elise increased traffic to client websites, and boosted consumer and audience response. Her interventions drove higher online rankings, revenue, and results.
Elise uses advanced analytical tools, benchmarks best website and digital practices, and relies on her well-honed intuitive sense to design high-performing websites or diagnose current ones. She recommends building in or adding features, functionalities, and fixes that result in optimized user engagement and experience. She collaborates seamlessly with in-house web developers to achieve and deliver website optimization and create sales funnels, web applications, and marketing campaigns for clients.
Elise attended Old Dominion University.
Phillip Carnes
Senior Vice President, U.S. and Global Retail & Wholesale Markets
Phillip (Phil) Carnes is a sales principal with over 25 years in consumer packaged goods product experience with leading U.S. and global retail chain stores. He has also been involved in food safety initiatives. Phil has deep experience in both the buying and sales sides of large retail operations, and has initiated successful product rollouts in multiple categories.
His specialty is integrating various stock-keeping units (SKUs) into a cohesive sales unit for both retail and back-of-house use. Identifying trends in the market and how the consumer decision-making process is achieved has been a hallmark of his product promotion.
Working in Walmart Stores Corporate, Phil has held positions in Freezer/Cooler, Seasonal Hardlines, Apparel, Health and Beauty Aids, and Tires/Batteries/Automotive. He has led the development of product lines defining market trends for both e-commerce online platforms and existing retail locations. Likewise, he has spearheaded similar product review rollouts for Costco, H-E-B, Sam’s Club, CVS, and Walgreens.
Major beverage groups such as Coca-Cola US, PepsiCo, and Nestlé have followed Phil’s strategic advice and developed private-label products and specific store of the community/club packaging. Phil has led the strategy, development, and growth of specific small format business and partnerships with major e-commerce sites to integrate digital commerce into the physical store presence. From conceptualization to prototyping and production, Phil advises and assists companies with product design, development, and placement.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Gene Tallarico
Senior Writer/Producer
Gene Tallarico began his career well before the Web Boom, so his credentials are built upon in-depth work on ad campaigns, video and print; national marketing strategies; event promotions; and finally, digital marketing covering website rebranding, SEO, social media, and content strategy.
Behind every marketing challenge there are solutions. Finding the right one is what Gene has been helping clients do throughout his long career. He never settles for the easy idea, preferring to collaborate on and present campaigns and copy that stand out in any media, for any objective. Such clients as Discovery Communications, National Geographic, Capital One, Marriott, Johns Hopkins, DXC, and Booz Allen, among others, have benefited from his creative contributions and insights.
Gene's creative partners appreciate his get-it-done approach that's direct, practical, and sometimes daring – often inspiring new solutions to complex marketing or production challenges. He works quickly on concurrent campaigns – always pushing for next steps to stay ahead of deadlines. This multi-tasking skillset was honed by his years of fast-paced ad agency experience, including Porter Novelli, TBC, Euro-RSCG, Saatchi, Crosby Marketing, and Wunderman Thompson.
His most recent endeavor is developing high-level strategies that combat today’s shortened attention spans. He’s on the lookout for ways to enhance audience engagement through creative approaches that integrate marketing rationale with advancements in media. Getting people involved in a brand builds consistency, trust, and, most importantly, loyalty that’s worth talking about within their social and workplace circles.
Gene graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing with an Advertising Minor.
James Binns-Ye
Web Developer
James is a developer who architects, builds, and maintains web applications in a variety of industries. In addition to being a personal contributor, James has years of experience in hiring and training developers in order to form high-performance engineering teams.
Prior to joining the agency, he worked at a variety of agencies, startups, and mid-sized companies as both a developer and as an engineering manager. As an individual contributor, James has built web applications in JavaScript with a focus on the MERN stack (NodeJS, Express, React, and MongoDB). In previous positions he has worked in fullstack PHP, supported by SQL databases. James has launched many applications into production using AWS and Heroku as hosting providers and established protocols to maintain 99%+ uptime for all production servers supporting clients.
The most valuable skill that James provides is the ability to grow and scale development teams. He has interviewed, hired, and trained dozens of developers who have gone on to be highly effective members of his engineering teams. James has collaborated well with all members of a company, particularly with product-focused project managers and web designers, to help establish a visual brand identity, a product roadmap for future development, and product vision. As a result of these efforts, James has been able to support the growth and expansion of web products and the companies they represent, all of which has helped these companies grow their revenue by millions of dollars.
He graduated from the University of Maryland.
